Shipping & Delivery

Every Fille Garçon piece is packed with care and dispatched from our London studio, or from our trusted makers overseas, depending on stock availability and order processing.

Orders are processed daily, Monday to Friday, between 9am–5pm (GMT).

For UK deliveries, please allow 3–7 business days once your order has been dispatched. International deliveries may take 5–10 business days, depending on your location and where your piece begins its journey.

All orders are tracked from door to door, and shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Returns (UK Orders)

We hope you love your Fille Garçon piece, but if it’s not quite right — no worries. We offer free returns within the UK.

To start a return, please email howdy@fille-garcon.co.uk with your order number and a short note telling us the reason for return.

Returns must be requested within the return window and items must be unworn, in their original condition and packaging, with all labels still attached. Once approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return label and simple instructions to send your piece back home.

International Customs & Import Fees

For our international friends — please note that customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These are set by local authorities and are the responsibility of the receiver.

If a parcel is refused due to these charges, the customer will be responsible for any related costs, including return shipping. Unfortunately, we’re unable to refund orders refused or returned for this reason.

Before placing your order, we recommend checking your country’s import guidelines. Customs delays are outside our control, but we’ll always do our best to help you track your parcel if it’s taking the scenic route.
