Thank you for shopping with us. We want you to be happy with your purchase, but if you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns
You have 14 calendar days from the date of receiving your order to return the items.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging.
How to Return an Item
Contact our customer service team at howdy@fille-garcon.co.uk to initiate the return. Please provide your order number and a brief description of why you wish to return the item.
Ship the item back to the address provided by our team. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged.
We recommend using a tracked service to return items, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds may take up to 14 days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
If your return is rejected, we will notify you and provide the reason.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If the item you received is faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately at howdy@fille-garcon.co.uk or contact us, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
We will cover the return shipping costs for faulty or damaged items.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or style, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
Your Consumer Rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer in the UK. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a refund or replacement if the goods are faulty or not as described.
