What is your returns policy?
If for any reason you wish to return your garment, we accept returns within 14 calendar days of delivery. Please drop us an email at howdy@fille-garcon.co.uk including your name and order number & we'll email you over the returns form to enclose with your return. All returns must be returned in their original packaging with labels intact. We do not offer free returns & recommend using a tracked service. For more information, please click here
Can I exchange my items?
We do not accept exchanges. If your order is within the return window & you wish to swap for another item, we suggest returning your item for a full refund & reordering the chosen item. Please head to our returns page for further information.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit & debit cards as well as PayPal and Klarna.
Can I cancel my order?
We can cancel your order if it has not yet been shipped. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible at howdy@fille-garcon.co.uk
When will I receive my delivery?
Orders will leave our warehouse the next working day - pls see our delivery options here
I haven't received my delivery
Orders are shipped from our warehouse the same working day, or the following day if orders are placed after midday. Once your item has been dispatched you will receive an email notification with the tracking number. For any shipping issues please contact howdy@fille-garcon.co.uk quoting your name and order number and we will look into this further. For any International orders, please ensure that any duty fees are paid (where applicable) in a timely manner to avoid parcels being returned to the warehouse.
What if my item is damage or faulty?
We take every care to ensure your garment reaches you in perfect condition. If you receive something that has been damaged in transit or appears faulty, please immediately contact our customer service team howdy@fille-garcon.co.uk providing photographs to support your query along with your name & order number.
How do I care for my LEATHER garment?
Wear them with love and treat them with care but remember, they get better with age! Professional cleaners specialising in leather know how to clean the leather without damage. For more care information please click here
Can I wash my leather jacket in the washing machine?
We don't recommend it. You never want to completely submerge a leather jacket in water because it will remove the natural oils in the leather. Plus, all the tumbling and agitation of the machine can ruin the structure of the jacket. If the inside lining needs a refresh, take it to a pro who can clean it without compromising the quality and health of the leather exterior.
What you can do at home is give your jacket a refresh to remove surface dirt and spot clean problem areas quickly. For more care information please click here

Returns
How long will it take to process my return?
Please note that returns can take 3 working days to process & then a further 7-10 days for the money to appear in your bank account depending on your payment provider.
Please kindly allow this time period to elapse before chasing payment.
